Refund and Returns Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. In accordance with the distance selling regulations, all customers have the right to cancel their order for any item purchased on our website, for a full refund.

Please note the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.
  2. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
  3. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
  4. If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
  5. Returned products must be in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  6. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item returned is not in its original condition.
  8. Special order products, closeout products, and custom-made products are not returnable.
  9. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  10. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  11. If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 – 21 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
